With our extensive knowledge of fuel tank and line installation, regulatory requirements, and monitoring systems, TEC constructs state-of-the-art, safe facilities. We combine our expertise in the design and construction of fueling facilities with knowledge of seismic engineering to serve our clients. TEC builds fueling systems designed to allow for differential ground movement and settlement. 

Our knowledge stems from hands-on repairs to fueling systems damaged during the 1989 Loma-Prietta earthquake, and from extensive testing under SB 989. The experience gained from the analysis of the failure modes, from these events allows our project managers and field crews to provide sound value engineering during the construction or retrofit phase of a project.
