TEC has acted as General Contractor on tenant improvement projects for private and public owners. TEC estimates, schedules and coordinates the work, and provides overall project management. Tenant improvement work includes demolition, rough and finish carpentry, mechanical, electrical, finishes, voice and data cabling, and digital video security.
