Emoryville, CA Contractor: WL Butler Client: AC Transit
TEC installed fuel process piping for a hydrogen fueling station in Emoryville, California. AC Transit currently has 7 hydrogen-fueled buses in their fleet - they required hydrogen fuel dispensers to service these vehicles, as well as one additional dispenser for public use.
The alternative fueling facility included a 9,000 gal aboveground storage tank, compressor, and a drier. The piping was designed and constructed to withstand pressures up to 13,000 pounds per square inch!

San Bruno Fire Station
TEC provided Design/Bid/Build for the City of San Bruno Fire Station. After designing a 4,000-gal aboveground storage tank (AST) system and associated piping, TEC was awarded the contract to construct the system according to their design specifications. TEC removed a prexisting 4,000-gal diesel underground storage tank (UST) and installed the diesel AST with connections to 3 emergency generators that power city hall and the fire station in case of power failure. TEC also served as the environmental consultant and regulatory liaison for related UST environmental casework.
