Mr. Tabet is the President and CEO of Technology Engineering &
Construction, Inc., in charge of the company's four divisions:
Environmental, Storage Tanks, Construction, and Compliance Services.
In this capacity he directs major engagements for environmental
clients and provides project management, training, information,
technical, and marketing support to personnel involved in such
projects.
His management consulting experience encompasses a professional
career of twenty years, with work for environmental authorities,
transportation agencies, government entities, fleet management
companies, manufacturing concerns and a variety of private
corporations. He has performed and directed many interdisciplinary
engagements, where project management and control skills are
essential for quick and successful performance.

Mr. Haddad is the Environmental Director at Technology,
Engineering and Construction Inc. Mr. Haddad has over twelve
years of experience in the planning and management of
environmental projects related to hazardous waste management,
environmental site assessments, UST evaluation and remediation.
In his capacity he directs major engagements for environmental
clients and provides project management, technical and marketing
support, to personnel involved in such projects. Mr. Haddad
maintains compliance with regulatory associated deliverable
reports, selects and develops new remediation systems based on
site conditions and lithology, and develops the most cost
effective construction approach to remediation: planning,
organizing, and controlling.
