Seismic Retrofit
Seismic retrofit of a concrete tilt-up building used for retail and
warehouse space. TEC acted as General Contractor providing project
management, cost, scheduling, and coordination. Work consisted of
demolition, core drilling, installation of steel plates and rods.
Restricted hours of work required careful planning and coordination.
REI business remained open throughout construction.

Construction Dewatering
Installed and operated a 1200-foot dewatering trench prior to
foundation excavation for a high-rise building.

Tenant Improvement
TEC Accutite performed duties of General Contractor providing
project management, cost scheduling, and coordination. Construction
consisted of demolition, framing, sheetrock, finish carpentry, and
finishes.
