Service Station and Truck Stop Construction
Ground-up construction of an urban fueling center
occupying 4.5 acres. Includes both commercial cardlocks and retail
fueling islands, along with other amenities. Project construction
involved value engineering and construction management. Site has
approximate throughput of one million gallons per month.

Tank Removal (UST)
Fueling facility closure at their maintenance hangar located at the
San Francisco International Airport. Project required complex
security and safety measures, as tank was located in close proximity
to an operational runway.

TEC performs compliance testing and construction services (tank
removals and compliance upgrades) at most car rental fueling
facilities in Northern California.

Provided compliance, construction and maintenance services that
allowed constant fueling operations at bus fueling terminals in the
SF Bay Area.

UST Replacement
Removal and installation of underground storage tanks at multiple
Northern California locations. Projects include permitting,
coordination with regulatory agencies, demolition, excavation, tank
removal, tank installation including: UDC, piping, electronic
monitors, and constant PVH (pressure, vacuum, hydrostatic),
backfill, resurfacing, testing and start up.
